At Pelican Sky Banners, we strive to maintain high standards for the content displayed on our billboards. To ensure a positive and respectful advertising environment, we reserve the right to refuse any advertisement that, in our sole discretion, contains or promotes the following:
Offensive Content
Language or images that are obscene, vulgar, or graphically violent.
Discriminatory Content
Speech or imagery that promotes hate, discrimination, or intolerance toward individuals or groups based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Illegal Activities
Content that promotes or encourages illegal activities, including but not limited to violence, drug use, or fraud.
Misleading or False Advertising
Claims or statements that are false, deceptive, or cannot be substantiated.
Political or Religious Messaging
Advertisements containing political endorsements or religious proselytizing may be subject to additional review.
Graphic or Disturbing Imagery
Content that is excessively graphic, disturbing, or likely to cause distress to the general public.
Any Other Content
Any content that, in our judgment, could harm our reputation, violate community standards, or conflict with our values.
Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
Personally identifiable information (PII) is any information that can identify a person. This includes direct identifiers like your name and Social Security number, as well as indirect identifiers like your gender and birth date.

Full name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Social Security number
Date and place of birth
Mother's maiden name
Biometric records
Medical information
Educational information
Financial information
Employment information
Policy Enforcement
We review all advertisements on a case-by-case basis. If your advertisement is rejected, we may provide an explanation and, where possible, offer an opportunity to revise the content for approval.
